Very friendly and helpful, didn't take as long whole staff was awesome

WE LOVE DR LIZ! Been taking our pets here for years, Dr Liz is so caring, knowledgeable and helpful! Wouldn’t take my beloved pets anywhere else.

I would like to start off by saying Dr. Liz, Julie, and a majority of the staff are amazing and great to work with for everything we’ve come to them for. Almost everyone is great with the exception of one person on the team. This person has made the logistical process of getting seen and communicating a nightmare. They provide unsolicited medical advice when we call for input from Dr. Liz. They have a negative behavior and attitude for the level of tenure that they appear to have. But we face that because we enjoy working with the rest of the team. However this single individual is ruining the entire experience. We put up with it most of the time but I think the most recent experience warrants bringing up on this platform. My partner called to get our cat seen and this person rudely, adamantly, and condescendingly in many words demanded that my cat get sedated prior to getting seen. I said three words, but this exchange lasted over three separate calls where my partner was consistently asking why she needed sedating if she never needed it before. When my partner was telling me about this exchange, I believe the line that tripped me up the most was, “Well, we’re not just going to let our doctor stick their fingers in your cats mouth.” So I called to get a better understanding and when I called I stated my name and calling regarding Truffle, and the response was “ok?”. And I said I just wanted to follow up on the sedating, I just don’t understand it, then the person on the phone said “hold on”, then transferred me to Julie. Already knew who it was the moment I got that sort of welcome. So come to understand there was a mixup and our cats. We have a nice one and a mean one and I guess either this person didn’t look at the chart or got confused and thought we were bringing the mean one (which I’m okay with because it’s kind of a terrorist demon to the vet). All that to say… You guys have been amazing, but this one person is screwing it up for all of you. If it pushed us to this point, imagine how many others face similar issues but just decided to take their business elsewhere. PLEASE PLEASE do something about this, we really like everyone else. And I know you guys already know who this person is!

Dr. Liz Eastin is brilliant, compassionate, honest, and kind. She’s built a team of loving and capable technicians who will treat you and your furbabies with care and respect. I cannot recommend them enough.
